João Oliveira

João Oliveira, 31 years old, joined us at the beginning of 2015. He has been working in some of the finest restaurants in Portugal such as “Casa de Calçada” and “The Yeatman” where he was sous-chef and formerly in “Villa Joya” as chef de partie.

João is humble, dynamic and dedicated. His inspirations are from his native area of northern Portugal but also from the Mediterranean cuisine. He seeks above all the respect of seasonal and original flavors of each ingredient and proposes a new way of travelling and experiencing Portuguese cuisine.




34 years old and graduated in Tourism, Tiago Pereira has an extensive experience in F&B having started his career at the reopening of the iconic Vidago Palace, member of the prestigious chain Leading Hotels of the World, taking this way the his first steps in the luxury segment.
In 2012 heads to the Algarve as Restaurants and Bars Manager to join the team of Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel, awarded as the best Europe`s Leading Villa Resort.
Currently, Tiago Pereira is who leads the team of the fine dining VISTA Restaurant and the two bars.
