João Oliveira, 29 years old, joined us at the beginning of 2015. He has been working in some of the finest restaurants in Portugal such as “Casa de Calçada” and “The Yeatman” where he was sous-chef and formerly in “Villa Joya” as chef de partie.
João is humble, dynamic and dedicated. His inspirations are from his native area of northern Portugal but also from the Mediterranean cuisine. He seeks above all the respect of seasonal and original flavors of each ingredient and proposes a new way of travelling and experiencing Portuguese cuisine.
